Vintage Miniature German Black Forest Cuckoo Clock (Traditional Leaf & Bird Style)

This miniature wall clock takes the shape of a typical alpine chalet. It has a sloped pointed roof bounded with a two planks of wood. Around the clock face on the front façade of the piece are carved oak branches and leaves in relief, as well as a hare and bird. The clock face itself is a small, tink disk of brass coloured metal with a black rim on which the numbers appear in Arabic numerals in the same brass colour. In the place of the number ""6"" is the winding hole. Below the main body of the clock a pendulum in the form of an anchor as well as four weights. The clock is manufactured by AHS (Alfred Hirsch Schwenningen) AHS.
